Humble Beginnings

Retirement has some great advantages. Doing things you want to do, not what you have to do. For many years now I have owned an old home with a separate rental in the Marina Del Rey area and have been a landlord to some interesting folks. Now I have furnished the rental and am embarking on a new venture as we will be renting it out to short term tenants!
SO if you are single or a couple interested in a quaint little home, away from the hotel mainstream, in a quiet residential neighborhood, check out our little house. We are calling it "Maggie's Garden Home". Named after an old pet who always seemed to be one step ahead in the "relaxation department".
Here are some of its attributes...
One bedroom, w/ electric fireplace, and new "Simmons Adjustable Natural Latex bed", 32" plasma TV
One full bath, New porcelain tile floors, Kohler sink, toilet, and Faucets.
Full kitchen, with dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, and all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans
Dining Room
Living Room, w/ electric fireplace, 32" plasma TV
Private entrance and cute garden with water scape.

We also are presenting art from local as well as world wide artists. Most of the pieces are for sale and they will rotate through from time to time. The above piece is a Metal sculpture by Doug Schutza. He is an artist living in Costa Rica.
I hope you get a chance to see "Maggie's Garden Home" soon. Relax and Sit a spell! Pricing and other amenities will be listed soon.
