This years surf adventure brings us to Nicaragua's Pacific coast. We stayed with AST surf camp "La Barra" through Quicksilver travel. A special thanks to Logan Strook @ Quiksilver Travel for helping us get to and from our destination. We found a steady stream of surf, over head on all days, with 80 degree + water and sunny skies above 90 degrees. Offshore winds prevailed in the mornings with on shore, but still surfable afternoons.

Friday Fishing on the New Del Mar

Today's fishing was rather tough for me. Couldn't get bit to save my life! My friend Grant came along today (with his parent's permission of course) and at our last stop we hooked into some nice sized Salmon Grouper. Grant said it is the largest fish he ever caught!  We really  had a good time. The ocean was a little rough, but he held his own and hung a couple good ones! hope you can join us soon for some fun on the New Del Mar, out of Marina Del Rey Sportfishing!
